Our chalet is fully equipped to the standard demanded for *** Tourist accommodation in France and was last inspected and approved for five years from October 2022.
The following services are included in the advertised prices.
- Provision of bed linen and towels for the number of guests booked, to a maximum of 8 people.
- Electricity usage
- Internet access with wi-fi (weekly usage limited to 60GB)
- Firewood for the wood stove during the winter.
- Local Tourist Tax (when reservations are made directly with us)
- on request only, a baby chair and/or a cot (mattress and cover but no linen)
There is no cleaning charge at the end of the rental period but we anticipate that:
guests will remove and dispose of all waste and recyclable materials according to the local commune regulations
linen and towels are gathered and separated from unused items
kitchen items are left clean and replaced in their cupboards
We conduct a full clean of the property between every rental period
Pets
- we are happy to accept dogs, provided we are notified in advance. We ask that they remain on the ground floor, which is mostly tiled.
- There is a large unfenced communal garden and adjacent field, also access to a long riverside walking path.
Parking
There is a private garage and space for 2 - cars in front of it. The garage is also used for ski and bicycle storage.
